1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items not eligible for return include:

• Used or damaged products
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bagsyfy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again
• Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bagsyfy.com

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@bagsyfy.com.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
